Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar position.
Training in general facility maintenance and in residential establishments.
Driving license B

Nice to have

Training in Legionella is valued.

What you'll get

6-month temporary contract, with the option of continuity.

Schedule from Monday to Sunday, 09:00h to 18:00h (1 hour for lunch), with the breaks established by law.

The role

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Tradesperson for an Elderly Care Home in Usera, Madrid.

What you'll do

Maintenance of the interior and exterior facilities of the center: carpentry, climate control, electricity, plumbing, assembly, etc., Occasionally, you may act as a route driver at the day center.
