Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
• Updated knowledge of OHS regulations, especially in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• IT skills: Office suite and desirable knowledge of SAP.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years, with special emphasis on experiences with high-volume workforces in agricultural sectors or agro-industrial plants.
• Geographic Mobility.
• - Valid driver's license (B)

• Valuable University studies related to: Engineering, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.
• Valuable Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention.

Support the execution of the occupational risk prevention system, collaborating in risk assessment, training actions, document management, and control of working conditions to ensure safe work environments and legal compliance in all company units.

Functions:

• Collaborate in the execution of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, performing Risk Assessments and Task Analyses.
• Participate in occupational risk assessments in the field, industry, and offices.
• Promote control measures for the reduction or elimination of risks.
• Support the planning and delivery of mandatory OHS training.
• Carry out purchase orders for materials, managing correct stock and supervising the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate Business Activity Coordination (CAE) documentation with contractors and suppliers.
• Perform periodic inspections at workplaces to identify risk situations.
• Participate in the planning of preventive activities.
• Perform ergonomic and psychosocial studies.
• Support the preparation of reports, work procedures, records, and preventive documentation.
• Participate in accident investigations and the drafting of reports.
• Serve as the operational liaison between the External Prevention Service and the company.
• Collaborate with the production, human resources, and maintenance departments, primarily on corrective actions.
• Organize evacuation drills.
• Support the Integrated Quality Management System of their area, collaborating with the Quality Department or any other area in all those aspects related to internal or external audits that the Surexport Group assumes and/or marks as necessary standards or requirements.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the company.
• Compliance with and support for the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, the Corporate Compliance System, the Policies and accrediting certifications related to Information Security, and the Objectives established by the Organization within their scope of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the guidelines derived from them.
