We are working on one of our most technologically powerful core Insurance projects. To design, build, and maintain robust AI applications that transform real business processes is the mission. To achieve this, we are looking for an AI Engineer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in backend services development to join our team in Barcelona.
Design, build, and assume end-to-end responsibility for backend services in Python/FastAPI and REST APIs, from the first commit to production.
Implement AI agent workflows within real insurance processes.
Integrate LLM capabilities into application functionalities, including RAG pipelines, agents with tool-calling, and multi-agent systems.
Connect and maintain integrations with internal/external data sources and third-party APIs.
Assume full ownership of functionalities: scope definition, development, deployment, and incident resolution.
Actively contribute to the team's architecture decisions.
