Being an Assistant Store Manager in a Mango flagship store is not just a leadership position, it is a fundamental role in the representation and positioning of the brand.

As the person responsible for one of the most emblematic stores, you will be the main ambassador of the Mango image, setting the standard in terms of customer service, service quality, and the brand's style. Additionally, in this position, you will have the opportunity to connect closely with the District Manager and Country Manager teams, working together to implement commercial strategies, analyze store performance, and ensure that the shopping experience faithfully reflects Mango's values on a global level.

• Develop and implement sales strategies adapted to the needs of the store, based on seasonality, fashion trends, and customer behavior.

• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience: Supervise that customer service is of high quality by addressing new needs and continuously improving the shopping experience.

• Continuous training in sales: Train the team to offer personalized advice to customers.

• Selection and training: Recruit, hire, and train the sales team, ensuring that all members know the products, trends, and brand values well.

• Inspire and motivate the team to reach sales objectives, creating a positive and productive work environment. Boost team morale through incentives, recognition, and constant support.

• Organize work shifts and ensure that the store is always well-attended, especially during sales peaks.

• Ensure that inventory levels are correct, manage product replenishment, and minimize the risk of out-of-stock or surplus inventory.

• Coordinate with the merchandising teams to maintain an attractive presentation of products in the store, following the brand's guidelines and directives. Ensure that the store is well-organized and products are displayed effectively.

• Supervise the receipt of products, ensuring they are managed efficiently and stored properly.

• Supervise and analyze KPIs (key performance indicators), such as sales, profit margin, customer conversion, and inventory turnover. Take informed decisions based on data to improve store performance.

• Customer orientation: You will be an empathetic, collaborative person with great analytical and organizational capacity, focused on planning to achieve the team's objectives.

• Experience: You will have at least two years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in high-volume fashion retail companies.

• Residency: You must reside in Madrid or be willing to relocate. Additionally, it will be fundamental that you have experience managing large and dynamic teams.
