• Previous experience in team management and/or responsibility positions in retail.

• A profile clearly oriented towards sales, the customer, and achieving objectives, with the ability to analyze KPIs and convert data into actions.

• Capacity for leadership, organization, and decision-making, being a proactive person capable of working with autonomy.

• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate, accompany, and develop teams.

• A dynamic, resourceful person accustomed to working in environments with high customer pace and volume.

• Availability to work commercial hours, weekends, and holidays according to the needs of the point of sale.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of the management team of our Running store, providing support to the Store Manager in the daily management of the point of sale and the team, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. 🏀⚽🏃‍♂️

• Provide support to the Store Manager in team management and coordination, helping to organize shifts, tasks, and priorities to ensure the correct functioning of the store.

• Ensure together with the Store Manager the achievement of commercial objectives and KPIs of the store, monitoring sales, conversion, average ticket, UPT, and other indicators.

• Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring the correct functioning of the store and making the necessary day-to-day decisions.

• Guarantee an excellent customer experience, accompanying the team in sales, advice, and customer loyalty.

• Participate in the selection, training, coaching, and development of the team, helping to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure the correct functioning of store operations: opening and closing, cash register, receiving merchandise, replenishment, inventories, transfers, and stock management.

• Guarantee order, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and correct product implementation following Sports Emotion standards.

• Analyze store results together with the Store Manager and propose commercial and operational actions to improve performance.

• Coordinate and prioritize team tasks based on customer flow and the needs of the point of sale.

• Work transversally with the Basketball Emotion, Fútbol Emotion, and Running Emotion teams, fostering a global vision of the store.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, and safety standards.

• Be a role model for the team, transmitting the values of Sports Emotion and fostering a work culture based on sport, passion, and continuous improvement. 💪
