Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in the coffee shop - pastry - hospitality sector.
- Experience in people management.
- Shift management.
- Cash register management.
- Order management, audits, etc.
- Team training, customer service, etc.
- Working directly alongside the Store Manager, thus becoming their main support.

Manolo Bakes continues its expansion and we are looking for Shift Supervisors, with extensive experience in people management and knowledge of the sector, for one of our stores in Madrid.
We are looking for people passionate about customer service, professionalism in their work, commitment to their colleagues and, truth be told, the world of coffee and pastry. Someone eager to grow in this company, at the same pace that Manolo Bakes is growing.
How you'll work
- Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) in continuous 8-hour workdays from Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum, two days off per week.
