Store Shift Manager

Profile we are looking for:

We are looking for a Shift Manager with previous experience in catering and hospitality positions, passionate about cooking and team management in high-volume environments:

• Opening and closing of cash registers.

• Performing inventories, managing supplier orders, stock control, and waste control.

• Ensuring compliance in the store with all company processes and procedures.

• Ensuring high standards of quality in product and service.

• Control of customer service. Being hospitable to customers.

• Supervising the general maintenance of the facilities.

• Ensuring the correct daily operational functioning of the Store along with impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant.

• Reporting maintenance issues together with the Store Manager.

• Compliance with HACCP obligations.

• Supervising optimal times in:

- Delivery.

- Dine-in.

- Take away.

• Mastery of Spanish and a high level of English is valued.

• Previous experience in fast food catering at a team management/supervisor level (mandatory).

• Resistance to working under pressure: Discipline and efficiency to maintain quality during high-demand moments.

• High-Risk Food Handler Certificate

Offer conditions

• Permanent contract with a 1-month probationary period

• Full-time: 40 hours per week (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays).

• Applicable agreement: Collective bargaining agreement for hospitality in the Community of Madrid.

• 30 calendar days of vacation per year + worked holidays compensated with time off or extra vacation (as per agreement)

• 23,000 gross per year

• Additional remuneration for overtime, night shifts, extra hours, and events in accordance with current legislation.
