Senior Tax Accountant (M/F/X) At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are selecting a Senior Tax and Accounting Advisor to join a professional, technological, and rapidly growing firm located in Barcelona. We are looking for a person with solid experience in tax and accounting advisory, leadership capacity, and client orientation, who wants to assume a technical supervision role within a consolidated team and contribute to the development of the tax-accounting area. Main functions: • Management and supervision of a team of between 8 and 10 professionals. • Training, review, and technical support in accounting matters for the client portfolio managed by the team. • Training, review, and support in the filing of taxes (CIT, VAT, and PIT). • Supervision and review of annual accounts. • Supervision and review of commercial books. • Tax advisory to clients from different sectors. • Direct contact with clients and resolution of tax and accounting queries. • Guaranteeing the technical quality of the service provided by the team. Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent training. • A Master's degree specializing in Taxation is valued. • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in tax and accounting advisory. • Solid knowledge in accounting, taxation, and year-end closing. • Experience reviewing taxes, annual accounts, and commercial obligations. • Capacity to coordinate teams and provide technical support to other professionals. • Native or bilingual Spanish and Catalan. • Residence in the province of Barcelona. • Immediate availability.
