Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or equivalent studies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in advisory firms, management firms, or professional offices.
Solid knowledge in taxation and demonstrable experience in managing client portfolios.
Experience in the preparation of income tax returns and tax planning for individuals.
Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, with a functional level of English.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Autonomous, organized profile, customer-oriented and with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

The role

You will manage a client portfolio, taking charge of their tax and accounting obligations. Additionally, you will offer continuous advisory services and ensure correct compliance with tax regulations.

What you'll do

Main functions:

Comprehensive management of a client portfolio (freelancers, companies, and professionals), acting as the regular point of contact to resolve accounting, tax, and fiscal inquiries.
Preparation, review, and filing of periodic and annual taxes (VAT, IRPF, Corporate Tax, withholdings, and informative declarations), guaranteeing compliance with clients' tax obligations.
Preparation of personal income tax returns, providing personalized advice and detecting tax optimization opportunities within the current regulatory framework.
Supervision and management of clients' financial accounting, performing accounting closings, bank reconciliations, amortizations, provisions, and review of balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Continuous tax advisory, analyzing legislative updates, resolving tax inquiries, and proposing solutions adapted to the needs of each client.
Advanced use of office tools and tax-accounting management software for the preparation of reports, control of financial information, and monitoring of files.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 h to 14:00 h and from 15:00 h to 18:00 h.
Friday: from 08:00 h to 15:00 h.
