Retail Credit Risk Supervisor

Credit Risk Supervisor Retail (H/M/X) From the finance division of Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are selecting a Credit Risk Supervisor Retail to join a major leading mobility company in Madrid. We are looking for a person with experience in credit risk management and leadership capacity, who wants to take on a supervision and coordination role within a dynamic, regulated, and constantly evolving environment. Main functions • Coordination and supervision of the daily activity of the Retail Credit Risk team. • Balanced distribution of workloads and monitoring of the application portfolio. • Supervision of operations of special complexity and technical support to analysts. • Guaranteeing the correct application of risk policies, procedures, and criteria. • Identification and management of operational risks, incidents, and opportunities for improvement. • Integration and support for new analysts. • Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of area KPIs and KRIs. • Periodic reporting of activity and results. • Participation in automation, digitalization, and process improvement projects. • Interlocution with different business areas and stakeholders related to the credit process. Requirements • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions related to Credit Risk. • Experience in credit risk assessment and management. • High level of English, both spoken and written. • Advanced level of Excel. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is valued. • Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and attention to detail. • Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
