Credit Risk Models Manager

At Carrefour Financial Services, we are looking for a Credit Risk Models and Key Analysis Manager to join our Risk Department.

Your Mission:
You will be the key person to develop, maintain, and optimize our Provisioning model under IFRS 9 regulations. You will ensure the correct classification of files and their coverage in accordance with official regulations and group guidelines. Additionally, you will lead predictive analyses, forecast scenarios, and the monitoring of deviations to drive the business.

Your main functions:

Modeling and IFRS 9: Construction, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Provisioning model under IFRS 9 regulations (monthly ECL, portfolio segmentation, and recalibrations).

Risk Management: Optimization of the model by adjusting coverage percentages, and calculation/support of monthly adjustments under Local and Consolidated accounting regulations.

Forecast and Strategy: Preparation of estimates for financial income and cost of risk, as well as the analysis of monthly deviations against estimates.

Institutional Support: Active collaboration in critical processes of the entity such as CIRBE, portfolio sales, and asset securitizations.

Key Analysis: Generation of high-value analysis for the Risk and Finance areas, optimizing workflows with the available tools.

Education: Degree or Bachelor's with a solid analytical foundation.

Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in a similar responsibility position within the financial sector.

Technical knowledge:

High level in extraction, handling of large databases, and information modeling.

Proficiency in modeling tools (especially Python).

Solid knowledge of IFRS-9 regulatory standards, IAS37, and Bank of Spain (BdE) regulations.

Languages: Intermediate/advanced English level.
