The role

Reliability and Maintenance Data Management Specialist (M/F/X) 🎯 We are looking for an analytical profile for an important Pharmaceutical Industry located in Salamanca, oriented towards the management and processing of technical data, where your main objective will be to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and propose improvements that contribute to optimizing the reliability, availability, and performance of our productive assets. You will provide support to improvement projects and the transformation of maintenance processes, guaranteeing operational excellence and compliance with the company's quality standards. ✅ Main Responsibilities: Analysis of recurring breakdowns and failure trends. Investigation of incidents and development of corrective and preventive actions. Definition and improvement of maintenance strategies. Cleansing, review, and validation of master data. Asset criticality analysis. Optimization of preventive maintenance plans. Review and updating of SOPs, procedures, and technical documentation. Management of change controls. Review of preventive checklists. Review and updating of equipment, bills of materials, records, and templates. Preparation, uploading, and verification of information in maintenance management systems. Preparation of reports and analysis for decision-making. Participation in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects 📋 Profile Requirements: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial Organization, Biotechnology, or similar), Experimental Sciences, or related technical disciplines. Proficiency in data analysis and management tools such as advanced Excel and Power BI. Familiarity with SAP, SCADA systems, or asset management software (EAM/CMMS).
