What we're looking for

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (we especially value distribution environments).
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail, minimizing errors in counts and records.
Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks according to the day's needs.
Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory processes (cycle counting and/or general inventories).
Competence in handling registration tools: PDA/barcode reader and management systems (ERP/WMS) at an operational level.
Availability to work within the schedule established by the warehouse operations.
Commitment to workplace safety and respect for internal procedures.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Fixed-term contract of 7-10 weeks
Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with the breaks established by law
Salary according to the collective bargaining agreement

The role

Warehouse/Inventory Staff (M/F/X) - Vixia-Gondomar

At Manpower, we are selecting inventory clerks for a marine spare parts warehouse located in the Vixia Industrial Park.
We are looking for organized and methodical people, attentive to detail, to support physical inventory and warehouse reorganization.
We value responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to safety and correct inventory management.

What you'll do

Identify parts, label them, and register them using code readers.
Verify references, quantities, and product conditions to keep system information updated.
Label, classify, and organize merchandise in assigned areas, following order and rotation criteria.
Collaborate in the detection and resolution of inventory incidents (discrepancies, shortages, or registration errors).
Support the preparation of basic documentation associated with warehouse movements.
Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the work area, contributing to a safe environment.
Register movements and updates in internal tools (manual or digital) with rigor and punctuality.
