We are looking for a Technical Spare Parts Warehouse Worker / Spare Parts Specialist to guarantee correct traceability, stock accuracy, and an agile supply to our technical and maintenance teams. If you are looking for job stability in a dynamic industrial environment, controlling high-precision parts and ensuring production continuity, we want you on our team!
In your day-to-day, reporting to the Warehouse Manager / Logistics or Maintenance Manager (with no staff in charge), you will be responsible for:
🔍 Technical Reception and Inspection: Receiving goods, verifying delivery notes or purchase orders, and identifying technical references, OEM codes, and specifications using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer).
🏗️ Storage and Organization: Assigning and coding warehouse locations according to rotation criteria (ABC), weight, volume, and part delicacy (bearings, seals, electronics), maintaining logical order (5S).
💻 Inventory Management and ERP: Registering entries, exits, and transfers in the management software (ERP/WMS) in real time, performing cycle counts, and detecting stockouts or reorder levels.
🛠️ Order Picking and Support: Interpreting work orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), and exploded view catalogs to supply the correct spare parts kits and respond to technical compatibility inquiries.
🚜 Machinery Handling and Safety: Safely operating forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks, ensuring Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations.
