The role

Labor Technician From Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking for a Labor Technician to join a company in the catering sector that is currently in a phase of full growth and expansion.

The company currently has 11 establishments and continues to develop an important growth plan through new openings and additions. We are looking for a technical, organized, and decisive profile who wants to be part of a stable project within an HR department made up of 5 people.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of personnel administration.
Preparation and review of payroll using A3NOM.
Management of contracts, registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications.
Processing and management with Social Security through Sistema RED and SILTRA.
Management and monitoring of temporary disabilities and other labor incidents.
Resolution of incidents related to payroll, contracting, and labor administration.
Advising employees and internal managers on labor matters.
Organization and documentary control of labor processes.
Collaboration in the improvement of internal procedures and processes within the area.

How you'll work

100% on-site.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
