Direct, coordinate, and optimize a production section, ensuring the proper functioning of the line through efficient management of human and technical resources, while ensuring compliance with production, quality, food safety, and productivity objectives.

What you'll do

  • Manage and supervise production line operations from product receipt to dispatch of the finished product.
  • Coordinate and organize the work team, efficiently distributing tasks and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Production Management department the availability and quality of raw materials to optimize product rotation.
  • Plan the needs for packaging, materials, and supplies for each production order.
  • Supervise the proper functioning of machinery and coordinate with the Maintenance department to resolve issues.
  • Monitor productivity and production cost indicators, driving continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, traceability, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate shift changes to ensure production continuity.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, promoting training and staff versatility.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department in managing and resolving incidents and non-conformities.
  • Participate in the objective evaluation of staff performance when required by Human Resources.
  • Report any incident that may affect quality, food safety, legality, or productivity to the Production Management department.

How you'll work

The position requires availability to work:

  • Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Central shift when organizational needs require it.
  • High availability during the campaign season.
