We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize operations at a plant within the FMCG sector. The position requires experience in managing production processes and the ability to implement continuous improvements.

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with established objectives.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the workplace.
• Manage and lead work teams, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Analyze and report on the plant's key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall processes and results.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies within the production plant.
• Plan shifts and staffing needs in coordination with the Human Resources team.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to adjust the production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures (SOP, H&S).
• Ensure maintenance interventions to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Management of plant personnel with a focus on communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and housekeeping/order initiatives within the plant.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree or higher technical training (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar)
• Solid knowledge in managing production processes within the FMCG sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial plant manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently.
• Profile with solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement systems.
• Knowledge of quality and safety regulations applied to production.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making.
• English level B2-C1 (must maintain fluent conversations with some regularity)
