Responsibilities Perform precision welding following plans, diagrams, and work procedures. Prepare materials and joints, ensuring correct alignment and weld bead quality. Interpret tolerances and verify compliance with technical and quality requirements. Execute finishing, touch-up, and defect correction operations when necessary. Control the welding process to ensure the quality and repeatability of the manufactured parts. Record the operations performed and comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and good practices at the workstation. Skills and qualifications Demonstrable experience as an industrial welder in manufacturing or maintenance environments. Solid knowledge of welding processes (TIG and MIG/MAG). Ability to read and interpret manufacturing plans and diagrams. Skill in preparing parts and performing the necessary pre-adjustment for consistent welding. Attention to detail and judgment to evaluate bead quality and finish. Training in welding or equivalent experience acquired in a similar position. Availability to work in a workshop and adapt to production dynamics. Rotating shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.
