The role

As an Installations Engineer based in Madrid, you will be responsible for the installations part of the awarded developments as part of the production team. Reviewing and supervising external architectural projects that include installations to decide if the projected installations are the most suitable.

What you'll do

In the preliminary and basic project phases, performing pre-dimensioning of installations, in internal projects or supervision in external ones. Application of Fire Protection Regulations.
Work alongside the development's Technical Management and Interior Designers to guarantee the suitability of the installations.
Areas of intervention: design and direction of technical installations, activity licenses, connections and supplies, definition of pre-existing services, measurements and installation budgeting, inspections, after-sales service, and in general, all phases of the development.
As the technical manager of the development, you will perform exhaustive monitoring of outsourced projects, reviewing and supervising their correct development.
Carrying out installation projects in accordance with current legislation or regulations (in case they can be carried out internally). Possibility of signing installation projects.
Coordination of their internal and external teams, in case of subcontracting.
Search for new products and contact suppliers to provide them.
Optimization of installations, in internal and external projects.
Site visits.
Optimization of installations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Training in Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering
Around 5 years of experience as an Installations Engineer
Experience in residential building installations.
Autonomy, ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail.
