The role

At Manpower, we are collaborating with a leading company specializing in mortgage financing, which is looking to hire Mortgage Financial Consultants on a freelance basis to drive the growth of its mortgage credit unit.

If you have commercial experience in banking, insurance, or financial services and are motivated to develop your own business with the backing of a consolidated organization, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for advising and accompanying clients throughout the entire mortgage financing process, identifying their needs and offering them solutions adapted to their situation.

You will work with an initial client portfolio and will have continuous guidance from day one to facilitate your onboarding and professional development.

What are we looking for?

Previous commercial experience in sectors such as: Banking, Financial Intermediation, Insurance, and Financial Services.
Previous experience as a freelance professional is valued.
Ability to develop commercial activity autonomously and with a results orientation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills.
Interest in developing a career in the field of mortgage financing.
Valid LCCI training or availability to obtain it through the company.
For positions in Baleares, a high level of English is essential.
Knowledge of German is valued.
