The role

Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Procurement Technician for the Purchasing and Procurement team in our Valls offices.

What you'll do

Manage the procurement of raw materials and products for Manusa's manufacturing, as well as ensure the availability of the necessary production resources at an optimal acquisition cost with minimum stock volume.

Apply company policies and guidelines regarding procurement and supplier management. Evaluation and calculation of material requirements (MRP) and execution of operations.
Analysis and calculation of strategic components (FORECAST). Document and process management of product modifications (stock, obsolete items).
Execute established material purchasing processes, controlling cost and time with the supplier.
Evaluation of the existing suppliers assigned to you. Participate in supplier quality audits.
Maintenance (creation and updating) of the necessary information in the company's information systems (ERP), including: supplier files, rates, and parameters.
Coordination of physical inventories for the material assigned to you.
