Purchasing and Procurement Technician (with English)

Job requirements

Do you fit the profile? Put yourself to the test!

Experience: Do you have more than 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement departments?

English: Do you have at least a real B2 level (fluent) to hold conversations and manage emails with foreign contacts on a daily basis?

Excel: Do you master advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data export, and cross-referencing)?

ERP / AS400: Have you ever worked with AS400 or similar systems? (This will be a plus!)

Join a consolidated company in the graphic arts and paper handling/trade sector. We are looking to hire a professional for a newly created position, with the aim of providing support to the current department due to an increase in workload. We offer the possibility of joining a stable project with great national projection.

Your responsibilities

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Direct contact with Asia: Daily negotiation and follow-up with factories and delegations abroad (dust off your English!).

National support: Support in management and procurement with local suppliers.

Stock control and evolution: Which product sells the most? When do we need to restock? You will analyze product evolution to make purchasing decisions (under supervision).

Data magic: Exporting and analyzing large volumes of data to keep everything under control.

Future in negotiation: Over time, you will take the leap and take the reins in direct negotiation with suppliers.
