Currently, we are looking to bring in a Commercial Customer Service professional for our Manusa Sur (Sevilla) (Interim Contract) delegation team.
Administrative tasks focused on customer management, providing support to the commercial department in the preparation of quotes, special offers, management of maintenance contracts, and processing of documentation.
Registration and onboarding of new customers in the ERP.
Management, registration, and follow-up of orders, quotes, maintenance contracts, incidents, and works until completion.
Telephone management of customers (inquiries, notices, incidents, etc.).
Prepare and control invoices derived from orders issued to customers.
Ensure good coordination between the different departments involved and the correct flow of the process.
Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
Experience with SAP or similar ERPs.
Knowledge of CRM and CAD drawing tools is valued.
