Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in B2B electronic invoicing implementation projects, ideally in banking or large organizations with multiple entities.
Knowledge of Law 18/2022 and its regulations, VeriFactu, the relationship with the AEAT, and the deadlines.
Proficiency in exchange formats and models.
Knowledge of end-to-end financial processes.
Ability to define technical and non-functional requirements (security, auditing, retention, traceability).
Experience in requirements gathering and drafting consulting documentation (as-is, catalogs, plans, risks).
Ability to evaluate market tools and participate in RFI/RFP processes.

Nice to have

Experience with ERPs such as Prinex or Spica, or similar.
Knowledge of electronic invoicing tools

The role

We are Métrica, a business consultancy, systems integration, IT services and solutions company, committed to the Information Society and technological development.

We are looking for a senior functional Consultant specialized in electronic invoicing to collaborate on an analysis and definition project for the invoicing model of a Spanish financial entity.

Your mission will be to evaluate current processes (AS IS), design the future model (TO BE), and advise on the selection of the most suitable technological solution, taking into account business requirements, applicable regulations, and integration with existing systems.

What you'll do

Understanding meetings with the involved areas (finance, accounting, purchasing, tax, systems) and documenting the functional and technical as-is: issued and received invoicing processes, systems, interfaces, master data, special cases, and group entities.
Identify the applicable regulatory requirements and translate them into functional, technical, and non-functional requirements, defining the minimum viable scope for October 2027.
Prepare the requirements catalog and the traceability matrix.
Collaborate with the tool selection by providing requirements to the RFI/RFP and the evaluation model.
Define the implementation plan, and estimate the necessary tasks in the implementation process.
Functional support during the implementation process.
