You will be part of the IT team and will have a transversal role. You will be a key figure in guaranteeing the proper functioning of IT services across different sites, responding to user needs and participating in the implementation of new solutions that allow for improved efficiency, security, and business continuity.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.

• Manage Microsoft environments, servers, virtualization, storage, and backups.

• Administer and maintain network and communications infrastructure: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, and firewalls.

• Provide first and second-level technical support to users at different sites.

• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals.

• Provide support for IT systems linked to the industrial environment and plant equipment.

• Manage incidents and requests through the corporate ticketing tool.

• Coordinate with technological providers and other internal teams to guarantee service quality.
