Job Description

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company with a long track record in the construction sector that needs to hire a Technical Architect for its Technical Office, based in Seva.


What will be your mission at the company?

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Office, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Interpreting drawings to correctly prepare production orders.

· Using AutoCAD and Graphico for technical drawing development.

· Preparing the breakdown of reinforcement and structures.

· Organizing and coordinating assigned construction sites, maintaining direct contact with clients.

· Preparing the necessary documentation for the assembly of works according to client requirements.

· Coordinating with workshop and assembly teams to ensure the proper development of projects.

· Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and the correct execution of works.
