Solid technical base in the sector: Training in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Technical Architecture, ideal for naturally understanding the complexity of the structures and regulations of each site.
Consolidated field experience: At least 5 years performing similar functions in OCT environments or construction companies, which will provide you with the agility and fluency necessary to resolve technical challenges with total autonomy from day one.
Management autonomy and mobility: Driver's license to organize your travel to different construction sites with total freedom and flexibility.
Agile and collaborative mindset: Your analytical capacity, agility in decision-making, and effective communication will be your best allies for interacting with clients and coordinating with an excellent technical team.

Nice to have

Technical vision of integral safety: We will value very positively if you bring specialization in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or experience in Safety and Health Coordination, as it will allow you to add a 360-degree perspective to each visit.

🎯 Your mission: you will assume a role with a great real impact on the ground, moving away from the daily routine through the autonomous management of your missions and technical visits.

Your day-to-day with us will be full of dynamism. These are the missions where you will leave your mark:

What you'll do

Lead the supervision and regulatory control of projects: You will analyze new construction Building projects and existing buildings in detail to guarantee regulatory compliance, ensuring that each design phase meets the highest quality standards.
Guarantee structural stability and technical prevention: You will perform the calculation and review of complex structures, applying your expert knowledge to anticipate incidents, mitigate risks, and ensure the durability of the works.
Perform technical control visits with real impact: You will travel to different construction sites in the province to verify in situ the correct execution and precise control of materials, transforming projected plans into completely safe realities.
Issue reliable technical certifications and reports: You will validate and draft OCT, watertightness, and installation reports, becoming the indispensable technical guarantee for the activation of ten-year insurance policies and providing total peace of mind to developers and future users.
