The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we work alongside a renowned private hospital in Mallorca that wishes to strengthen its team by hiring a Nursing Coordinator, whose mission will be to direct and organize healthcare activities, ensuring the quality of care and the proper functioning of the Nursing team.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
Professional experience of at least 2-3 years as a nurse, with special value placed on having performed functions of coordination, supervision, or management of Nursing teams.
Experience in the planning, organization, and management of healthcare teams.
Ability to plan and distribute shifts, workloads, and human resources, guaranteeing correct service coverage.
Experience in the control and application of healthcare protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and patient safety.
Ability to evaluate team performance, identify needs, and propose improvement plans for the organization of the service.
Outstanding leadership, communication, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
Proactive, organized, autonomous, and resourceful person, with a clear orientation towards healthcare excellence and teamwork.
Previous experience in private hospital centers and/or responsibility positions within the field of Nursing will be valued.
