Project Coordinator Support Internship - Mallorca
What you'll do
- You will provide support in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects for New Installation (NI) and Modernization (MOD), familiarizing yourself with their different phases.
- You will collaborate in the management and updating of technical and administrative documentation associated with the projects.
- You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with different areas such as Engineering, Procurement, Supervision, and Installation, learning how teams coordinate to drive a project forward.
- You will provide support in the monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors, as well as in the collection and control of necessary documentation.
- You will collaborate in tasks related to purchase orders, milestone monitoring, invoicing, and report preparation, learning how project control is carried out.
- You will support the review and control of Health and Safety documentation, familiarizing yourself with our internal procedures.
- You will participate in the preparation and monitoring of meetings and action plans, as well as in the updating of the management tools used by the team.
- And, above all, you will have the opportunity to learn how a technical project is managed from start to finish, accompanying the Project Coordination team in their day-to-day activities.
