The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we are collaborating with a prestigious private hospital in Mallorca that is looking to add a Nursing Coordinator to its team to lead and coordinate healthcare activities, guaranteeing the quality of care and the correct functioning of the Nursing team.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.
Previous experience of at least 2-3 years as a nurse, with special value placed on experience in coordination, supervision, or management of Nursing teams.
Experience in the organization, coordination, and supervision of healthcare teams.
Ability to manage and distribute shifts, workloads, and human resources, ensuring adequate healthcare coverage.
Experience in the monitoring of healthcare protocols and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with quality and patient safety standards.
Ability to perform team performance monitoring, detect needs, and propose improvements in the organization of the service.
Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Organized, proactive, and autonomous person with a clear orientation toward quality care and teamwork.
Previous experience in private hospitals and/or responsibility positions within the Nursing area will be valued.
