The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a company specialized in urban space solutions, which needs to hire an SAT Administrative Assistant - Installations Coordinator to manage and coordinate the installations of its projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost control, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

-Manage the entry of new installations derived from commercial orders or tenders.

-Prepare and review installation budgets, requesting and comparing offers from external installers when necessary.

-Select and coordinate installers, ensuring competitive conditions, service quality, and compliance with agreed deadlines.

-Follow up on installations, provide the necessary information, and manage possible incidents during the process.

-Coordinate with the Commercial and technical departments, as well as with clients and installers, to guarantee the proper development of each project.

-Manage the closing of installations, validate their completion, and prepare the necessary documentation for invoicing.

-Perform after-sales follow-up, collect client feedback, and share project closing information with the involved departments.
