The role

We are looking for a person to join us as an administrative assistant in the after-sales area (Technical Support Service - SAT) in Granollers.

What you'll do

Administrative management of incidents and repairs
Customer service in the after-sales phase
Coordination with technicians and follow-up of work orders
Use of SAT software for service control and management

How you'll work

Salary: €12.65 gross/hour
Flexible schedule: arrival and departure between 07:30 and 16:30
Intensive Fridays
Working day with 1 hour for lunch
