• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, with special value placed on experience in real estate development and new residential builds.
• Experience in sale, negotiation, and closing of real estate operations.
• Knowledge of contracts, deeds, PRINEX, and real estate marketing.
• Advanced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English.
• Driving license (B).
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and customer orientation skills, as well as organizational capacity and results orientation.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated business group in the real estate sector, specialized in residential development, in the search for a Commercial Director and Asset Acquisition Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading the marketing of new residential developments, managing the sales process from start to finish and participating in the commercial and acquisition strategy.

Your main duties will be:

• Marketing and sale of homes, performing lead follow-up, personalized attention and advisory, commercial visits, and presentation of proposals.
• Negotiation and closing of operations, as well as follow-up of reservations, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Acquisition and management of clients, identifying new opportunities and keeping information updated in the CRM.
• Coordination with Marketing and Communication to develop acquisition actions, content, and commercial strategies.
• Management of the after-sales process and delivery of homes, coordinating clients, banks, notaries, the finance department, and the technical team.
• Participation in events, real estate fairs, and open house days.
• Follow-up and reporting to Management, analyzing results, potential clients, and new commercial strategies.
• Coordination and follow-up of the commercial team, with between 1 and 5 people in charge.
