What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in a professional firm, technically solid and with the judgment to tackle complex labor situations.

We are looking for a person with autonomy, business vision, and leadership capacity, accustomed to dealing directly with clients and providing solutions.

It will be especially important to have client relations, the ability to build trust, and a global vision of advisory services.

The position will have a role close to the firm's management, with the capacity to progressively assume greater responsibility in the management of the area and participate in the main decisions related to its development.

The role

A consolidated professional firm is looking to hire a Labor Law Area Director to take over the management of the department and work very closely with the firm's management.

What you'll do

Management and coordination of the labor team, currently consisting of 4 professionals.
Labor law advisory to clients and resolution of complex queries and situations.
Technical supervision of matters and support to the team in decision-making.
Monitoring and updating the main legislative changes and their impact on clients.
Direct client management, acting as a key point of contact and building relationships of trust.
Participation in the development and retention of the client portfolio.
Direct collaboration with the firm's management in the management and evolution of the labor law area.
Driving improvements and new processes within the area, in line with the automation process currently being implemented by the firm.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:15 to 17:30 h and Friday from 8:15 to 14:30 h.
