At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking to hire a Labor Department Manager for a major consultancy located in Madrid, with the objective of progressively assuming the management, coordination, and leadership of the labor area.

We are looking for a Senior profile, with a consolidated career in labor consultancy, payroll management, Social Security, and business advisory, who brings experience in team coordination and client portfolio management. The position offers the opportunity to become a technical and strategic reference figure within the organization.

What you'll do

  • Direct and coordinate the Labor Department, ensuring the correct functioning of the processes and services provided to clients.
  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals in the labor area, organizing tasks, distributing responsibilities, and monitoring their activity.
  • Supervise a client portfolio composed of large companies, SMEs, and businesses of different sizes and sectors.
  • Coordinate and supervise the integral management of payroll, ensuring its correct preparation, review, and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Supervise labor administration processes, including hiring, registrations, terminations, settlements, liquidations, and social security.
  • Manage and supervise communications with Social Security and other official bodies through Sistema RED, SILTRA, and SEPE.
