Industrial Electrician

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company dedicated to the industrial sector in the Lleida area. They want to bring an Industrial Electrician profile onto their team.

Reporting to your direct supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out assembly, wiring, and connection of electrical control and power panels.
• Interpreting and working with electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Performing industrial electrical installations (conduits, cable trays, wiring runs, sensors, motors...).
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial installations and machinery.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, identifying the root cause of the problem and proposing the appropriate solution.
• Carrying out commissioning of installations and equipment, verifying their correct operation.
• Configuring and adjusting components such as variable frequency drives, contactors, relays, basic PLCs, and other industrial control elements.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and safety protocols (ATEX, low voltage, risk prevention).
• Collaborating with other trades (mechanics, maintenance, engineering) to ensure proper system integration.
• Recording the actions carried out and reporting incidents to supervisors or maintenance managers.

Des de Marlex estem col·laborant amb una empresa dedicada al sector industrial a la zona de Lleida. Volen incorporar al seu equip un perfil d'Electricista Industrial.

En dependència del teu responsable directe, t'encarregaràs de:

• Realitzar muntatge, cablejat i connexió de quadres elèctrics de control i potència.
• Interpretar i treballar amb plànols elèctrics, esquemes unifilars i manuals tècnics.
• Dur a terme instal·lacions elèctriques industrials (canalitzacions, safates, conduccions, sensors, motors...).
• Executar tasques de manteniment preventiu i correctiu en instal·lacions i maquinària industrial.
• Diagnosticar i resoldre avaries elèctriques, buscant l'origen del problema i proposant la solució adequada.
• Realitzar posades en marxa d'instal·lacions i equipaments, comprovant el seu correcte funcionament.
• Configurar i ajustar components com variadors de freqüència, contactors, relés, PLC bàsics i altres elements de control industrial.
• Vetllar pel compliment de normatives elèctriques i protocols de seguretat (ATEX, baixa tensió, prevenció de riscos).
• Col·laborar amb altres oficis (mecànics, manteniment, enginyeria) per assegurar una correcta integració de sistemes.
• Registrar les actuacions realitzades i comunicar incidències a responsables o caps de manteniment.
