The role

For an important company in the industrial vehicle and heavy transport sector, in the Lleida area, we need to hire an Electromechanical Technician to perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery (cutters, corrugators, folders, dies, gluers, etc.), ensuring its correct operation.

- Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults, using hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.

- Repair and replacement of components: motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic elements, and electrical parts.

- Adjustment and calibration of machines to guarantee the quality of the final product and compliance with production standards.

- Supervision of production lines, detecting anomalies, noises, or vibrations that may indicate an imminent breakdown.

- Basic and advanced electrical maintenance, including electrical panels, wiring, simple PLCs, frequency drives, and safety systems.

- Rapid interventions to minimize production downtime, prioritizing the efficient resolution of problems.

- Lubrication, cleaning, and tuning of machinery according to established protocols.

- Control and replenishment of spare parts and technical consumables necessary for maintenance.

- Compliance with industrial safety regulations, using PPE and following internal procedures. - Collaboration with the production team, reporting incidents and coordinating interventions to avoid unnecessary interruptions.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

At least one year of experience.
We are looking for a dynamic person with the ability to work autonomously.
