Your main objective will be to direct the site's financial area, ensuring the correct management and control of production operating costs, as well as the application and deployment of the company's financial processes.

You will act as a Finance Business Partner, providing financial analysis and information to improve profitability, optimize costs, and support business decision-making.

• Lead financial reporting and ensure the correct application of company processes and standards.
• Manage and analyze volume, revenue, and cost data, ensuring its reconciliation with financial records.
• Prepare and supervise monthly profitability and performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement in costs, volume, and revenue.
• Lead the annual budget and the forecast process for the plant, performing monthly variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Control investments (CAPEX), analyzing the payback and return of new proposals.
• Supervise inventories, assets, and working capital improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives together with the different areas of the organization.
• Participate as a change partner in technological and transformation projects linked to the financial area.
• Ensure compliance with governance guidelines, delegation of authority, and risk control procedures.

• Academic background: University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar. Postgraduate training will be valued.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector, especially in positions related to Controlling, Finance, Management Control, or Finance Business Partner.
• Financial knowledge: Experience in financial reporting, cost and profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPIs, investments, and working capital.
• Systems: High level of SAP, BI Portal, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Languages: C1 English level, an essential requirement to operate in an international environment.
• Analytical capacity: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, detect variances, and convert information into improvement proposals.
• Leadership and influence: Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels of the organization, acting as a business partner.
• Problem solving: Ability to find innovative solutions, anticipate possible problems, and make decisions autonomously.
• Adaptability: Ability to work and collaborate effectively in dynamic and changing environments.
• Communication: Assertive communication, orientation toward internal and external customers, and the ability to transmit financial information clearly.
