What you'll do

What will your mission at the company be?

- Act as the point of contact and reference interlocutor for employees and managers, accompanying the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding).

- Manage personnel administration (contracts, registrations/terminations, leaves) and coordinate the monthly payroll process with the external agency.

- Lead end-to-end selection processes for technical, industrial, and corporate profiles, as well as onboarding management.

- Coordinate the annual training plan and the integral management of bonuses through FUNDAE.

- Provide support regarding labor relations, interpretation of the collective agreement, and collaborate with the OHS area and industrial environment.

- Get involved in projects regarding transformation, culture, process improvement, and Human Resources tools.
