At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated and leading company in the automotive and mobility sector, which needs to hire an Operations and Backoffice Manager for its Rent division, located in Teruel.

We are looking for a profile with experience in administrative and operational management, who is organized, decisive, and capable of working autonomously, and who wants to join a stable project and take on a transversal position within the company.

What will your mission be? You will be the person responsible for centralizing the administrative, documentary, and operational management of the vehicle fleet for the Teruel, Zaragoza, and Valencia branches, combining these responsibilities with the coordination of the daily activity at the Teruel headquarters.

Your role will be key to guaranteeing the correct functioning of internal processes, the control of documentation, and the quality of the service offered to customers.

Initially, the working day will be Monday to Friday, from 10:15 to 19:00 h, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 14:45 h.

This schedule will be maintained for as long as an existing reduction in working hours in the department lasts.

Subsequently, a system of weekly rotating shifts will be established:

Morning shift: from 8:00 to 16:45 h.Afternoon shift: from 10:15 to 19:00 h.Both shifts include a 45-minute lunch break.
