What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with real experience in industrial design, mastery of Autodesk Inventor, and the ability to transform concepts and ideas into functional, viable technical solutions prepared for manufacturing.

Essential requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design and Product Development, or equivalent university training. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, industrial design, or product development positions, preferably in the metal sector and in industrial environments. Practical and advanced mastery of Autodesk Inventor, with demonstrable professional experience in 3D modeling, component design, and the preparation of technical drawings. Having used the program solely during academic training will not be sufficient. Experience in product development from the design phase through to prototyping, validation, or industrialization. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to design technically viable solutions prepared for production. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of REVIT will also be valued. Sufficient technical English level to interpret specifications, documentation, and collaborate on international projects. Personal competencies

The role

Industrial Engineer - Product Design and Development

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer specialized in the metal sector, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering, R&D, and product development environments, to join a growing project in Zaragoza.

The selected person will play a key role in the development and industrialization of components intended for the construction of industrialized housing, participating in the design of elements such as facades, stairs, and other construction components.

This is an opportunity to join a company that is driving the internalization of its engineering and industrialization processes, assuming an active role in the development of proprietary solutions and in the consolidation of this new line of work.

What you'll do

Design and development of industrial products and components, mainly metallic, intended for industrialized housing, including facades, stairs, and other construction elements. Development of technical solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, quality, and efficiency in their manufacturing and assembly. 3D modeling and preparation of technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor as the primary tool, as well as the preparation and management of the documentation necessary for manufacturing. Technical and industrial feasibility analysis of designs, evaluating manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances, and assembly possibilities. Monitoring of prototyping and validation of solutions, identifying possible improvements and ensuring that products meet the defined requirements. Verification of compliance with regulations and standards applicable to the products and solutions developed. Management and monitoring of engineering projects, guaranteeing compliance with planning, deadlines, and established objectives. Optimization and continuous improvement of designs, seeking solutions that improve the quality, efficiency, and industrialization of components. Management and organization of files and technical documentation, ensuring their correct updating and traceability. Direct collaboration with the Engineering Management and the Company Management in the development of solutions and in the evolution of the internal engineering area.What are we looking for?
