What we're looking for

We are looking for a technical profile oriented towards design and mechanics, with a problem-solving attitude, initiative, and an industrial vision. To fit the position, we require:

Technical training: Training in industrial or mechanical engineering with a solid foundation in mechanics (mastery of strength of materials and mechanisms is essential).
3D CAD Design experience: More than 2 years of proven experience in product development using 3D CAD design tools.
Knowledge of materials: More than 2 years of experience working with metal, wood, and plastic.
Languages: Minimum English level B2 (essential requirement). Knowledge of other languages such as French will be positively valued.

Nice to have

Industrial / workshop experience: More than 2 years of experience in industrial areas or a workshop environment (highly valued).

At Pikolin, we believe that innovation and technical solidity are the driving forces for designing the rest of the future. That is why we are looking to add an R&D+i Engineer / Mechanical Designer with technical training, an open mindset, dynamism, and a great desire to face new industrial challenges to our headquarters team in Zaragoza.

As part of the innovation core and reporting directly to the R&D+i Manager (GPK), you will be the key piece in designing and validating new industrializable products, acting as specialized technical support (technical office) for both the industrial area and the commercial department.

What you'll do

Design and innovate: You will design and develop new, fully validated, and industrializable products for the catalog of the future.
Lead industrialization: You will be the person in charge of piloting and industrializing new designs in constant coordination with the operations and production area.
Documentation and continuous adaptation: You will create and maintain all technical product documentation, adapting it to new regulatory, industrial, or market requirements.
Technical Office Support: You will provide specialized technical support to both the industrial area and the commercial department.
