The role

Sant Llorenç d'Hortons | Stable incorporation

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated industrial company in the Alt Penedès area, specialized in the manufacture and transformation of products for various sectors, which currently needs to incorporate a Production Manager.

Reporting directly to Management, the selected person will be responsible for coordinating the plant's productive activity, leading a team of 7 people and ensuring the fulfillment of production, quality, and service objectives.

What you'll do

  • Organize and plan daily production.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and motivate the production team.
  • Manage manufacturing incidents and priorities.
