• You bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial advisory in luxury boutiques or hospitality establishments. Experience or knowledge in jewelry and watches will be especially valued.
• You have an intermediate or higher degree related to commerce, tourism, marketing, fine arts, or similar.
• You are proficient in French, Spanish, and English is desirable. French is an essential requirement for this position.
• You are a customer-oriented person, with initiative and the ability to work in high-volume and demanding environments.
• You are characterized by attention to detail and the ability to offer personalized treatment, taking care of every customer interaction.
• You have a passion for the luxury sector and for making every customer live a special experience.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading firm in the luxury sector, specializing in high-end jewelry and watches, with boutiques in four of the most recognized cities nationwide and in the midst of an expansion process, which is looking to incorporate a Brand & Client Experience Advisor into its team.

• Welcome and assist customers following brand standards, offering an excellent and memorable shopping experience.
• Identify their needs and offer personalized advice, applying sales and cross-selling techniques to maximize the average transaction value.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through clienteling actions, both in-person and remote.
• Manage and develop the client portfolio through the CRM, keeping information up to date and performing proactive follow-up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent service experience and an impeccable boutique image, taking care of both customer service and visual merchandising.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining agile and professional communication, always aligned with the company's standards.
• Collaborate with the boutique team, sharing best practices and product knowledge to jointly achieve store objectives.

• Full-time 40-hour week, Monday to Sunday, with three rotating shifts:
  • Morning: 9:30-13:00 h and 13:30-18:00 h.
  • Afternoon: 11:45-15:00 h and 15:30-20:15 h.
  • Rotating: 9:30-13:45 h and 16:30-20:15 h.
