The role

We are currently looking to hire a Nursing Supervisor for the Hospitalization and Emergency areas, a strategic position within the organization, where you will have the opportunity to lead care teams, drive service quality, and actively participate in improving hospital processes.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the daily operations of both units, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the care activity of the Hospitalization and Emergency units, ensuring the proper functioning of the service.
Lead and support the nursing team, fostering a collaborative, organized, and excellence-oriented work environment.
Ensure the quality and continuity of care, promoting safe and humanized patient care.
Manage the planning of human and material resources necessary for the proper development of care activity.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the optimization of circuits, protocols, and care processes.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the professional development of the team.
