Requirements

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the construction sector, specialized in civil and industrial projects, which is looking to hire a BIM Modeler to develop and manage digital models for building, civil engineering, and installation projects.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain BIM digital models, guaranteeing the quality and coordination of graphic and technical information, as well as its updating during the different phases of the project.

What will your main responsibilities be?

BIM Modeling: Prepare and update digital models in the disciplines of architecture, structure, and/or installations.
Technical Documentation: Generate plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and measurements from the BIM models.
Discipline Coordination: Coordinate model information with the various teams involved in the project.
Clash Detection: Identify and resolve incompatibilities between disciplines using BIM coordination tools.
Quality Control: Guarantee compliance with the BIM standards established by the company and the client, keeping the model information up to date.
Data and Measurement Management: Extract data, quantities, and measurements for use in budgets and project planning.
