You are the ideal candidate if...

• You can bring a minimum experience of 3-4 years working in an industrial production environment, holding positions of supervision, organization, and coordination of work teams.
• You have led teams in a production and/or assembly plant, holding a position as Supervisor, Shift Foreman, or Production Manager in a small-sized company.
• You have experience in production organization and planning, and you are used to working with Production indicators/KPIs, and you are accustomed to working with a clear orientation towards results.
• You are a dynamic and proactive person, with good communication and conciliatory skills, possessing leadership, organizational, and planning abilities, as well as finding it easy to make decisions and resolve incidents.

Currently, the organization, which has international projection, is in an evolutionary and growth stage, with a clear commitment to technology, which is why it is looking for a PRODUCTION SHIFT-LINE SUPERVISOR who brings solid experience in managing production teams.

Leading the Production area that will be assigned to you, and reporting directly to the Production and Warehouse Manager, the main tasks and responsibilities of the selected person will focus on:

• Organizing, coordinating, and supervising production activity during the shift, involving a single production shift consisting of approximately 18-20 people, ensuring compliance with established safety, quality, and procedural standards.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team of operators, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment and promoting polyvalence and training for each of the members.
• Guaranteeing the correct functioning of the production lines and processes during the shift.
• Coordinating the tasks and priorities of the Production team based on the established planning.
• Analyzing and monitoring the main Production KPIs, identifying deviations and providing improvement proposals and actions.
• Detecting and managing production incidents, coordinating with the different departments involved, especially the Maintenance and Quality departments.
• Actively participating in the identification and implementation of improvements in production processes.
