HR Technician

· Permanent contract.

· Schedule Mon-Thu from 08:00 to 17:00 and Fri from 08:00 to 14:00.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial sector and with technical/engineering profiles.

· Organized, dynamic, and proactive profile, with attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a team in an agile environment, meeting processes and deadlines.

· Good command of MS Office and talent sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

· Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: from active candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels to interview management, feedback, and offer closing.

· Design proactive talent attraction strategies, aligned with the company culture and adapted to each position.

· Analyze and report on the monitoring of ongoing recruitment processes, on a weekly and monthly basis.

· Accompany candidates throughout the entire process, guaranteeing a good experience until their onboarding.

· Manage onboarding documentation and support the department in cross-functional HR projects.
