Requirements

The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with an industrial company specialized in the design and manufacture of industrial machinery located in Riudellots de la Selva, which needs to incorporate a quality technician to cover maternity leave.

What you'll do

· Manage communication with clients related to incidents, inquiries, and follow-up on quality-related aspects.

· Perform administrative follow-up of incidents and non-conformities, ensuring the correct traceability of information.

· Manage and update project information and quality files using Salesforce and SAP.

· Provide support in the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation associated with quality processes.

· Monitor the department's indicators and records, ensuring that information is up to date and correctly documented.

· Coordinate with the production, engineering, and customer service departments to ensure the correct follow-up of actions derived from incidents.
