What we're looking for

Qualification: Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration (CFGM / CFGS) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Demonstrable previous experience in generalist administrative tasks and notions of accounting/invoicing.
IT and tools: Good command of office tools and ERP management software.
Skills and competencies: Organizational capacity, versatility, adaptability to different tasks, autonomy, and good communication skills and client/supplier relations.
Mobility: Own vehicle / driving license or ease of commuting to the workplace in Ripoll.

The role

We are looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant for an industrial sector company located in Ripoll.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with the capacity to take on the management of different areas of the day-to-day business, offering general administrative support, coordinating client and supplier management, basic accounting, and computerised warehouse monitoring.

What you'll do

Client and supplier management: Telephone and email attention, order management, delivery tracking, and incident resolution.
Accounting and invoicing: Entry of issued and received invoices, control of collections and payments, and support in the daily and monthly accounting closing.
Computerised warehouse control: Registration and tracking of material entries and exits in the system, stock updates, and coordination with the warehouse.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 h to 13:00 h and from 14:00 h to 17:00 h
